Job Prerequisites
- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL
- Minimum 5 years of SSHO experience on federal government construction projects- heavy civil engineering background
- Must be certified
- Ability to follow company standards
- Must be a United States Citizen and be able to pass a Government Security Check
- Strong communications skills, verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Aptitude to build strong relations with clients
- Proficiency in prioritizing and deadline management
- Ability to plan, prepare, and analyze documents
- Ability to identify risks
- Ability to review facilities and equipment in order to identify and prevent likely causes of failure
- Ability to identify hazards and mitigate safety issues through comprehensive Activity Hazard Analysis
- Scheduling and conducting regular safety meetings
