SUMMARY:
Responsible for production of name tags, badges, internal signs and any other related equipment used in the production of any of the aforementioned material. General maintenance of any related equipment acquired for the production of the above or any other material that can be produced by such equipment. Possesses good knowledge of various equipment and is accountable for safe and efficient operation of both manual and electronic types of the following equipment; pallet jack, forklift, and sign/engraving machines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Production of name tags, badges, office name plates, internal signs and any other related materials.
- Diagnoses and repairs sign/engraving devices, including identification of specific parts.
- Demonstrates a thorough working knowledge of all processes, testing, software, and hardware setups of various aforementioned equipment.
- Communicates effectively with department and company personnel as well as vendors, ensuring proper equipment is ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Assists Gaming Technicians/Floor personnel as requested for guest service and other floor related matters.
- Performs excellent customer service at all times.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience with inventory control systems.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED. Computer operation/knowledge and experience in machine operation preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess knowledge of different Engraving machines (manual and electronic) and other related equipment to perform all of the aforementioned duties and responsibilities.
This position requires a Level 2 Gaming License.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally 100 lbs., also will be required to regularly push, pull, and maneuver gaming devices, up to 100 pounds, for the purpose of installation, repair or maintenance. The employee may occasionally be required to climb a twelve (12) foot ladder.

While performing this job functions employee would regularly work near electrical and moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. A casino environment is typically smoky.
