Four Winds Saratoga is seeking a full-time Office Manager for our Health Services department.
Responsibilities include:
- Receptionist tasks, including answering phone calls, greeting patients/visitors; scheduling appointments; maintaining medical stock and managing information systems for Employee Health and Infection Prevention.
- Pharmacy tasks include checking inventory for expiration dates and medicine reconciliation.
- High school diploma required with preference given to those with a secondary education.
- Three years of secretarial experience with experience as an Office Manager preferred.
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet software/Excel and taking medical related minutes is required.
- Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks necessary to ensure the smooth functioning of our Health Services and Pharmacy departments.
- The schedule is Monday – Friday (8am – 4pm). No weekends.
Pay range is $23.00-$26.00/hr.
