Four Winds Hospitals, A Leading Provider of Psychiatric Inpatient Services in
Northern Westchester County is seeking to hire DIRECT CARE / MENTAL HEALTH WORKERS
Day shifts 8:30am-9:30pm and Overnight shifts 8:30pm – 9:30am; 3 shifts per week; a flexible schedule; some weekend shifts required.
- Member of a multi-disciplinary team; duties and tasks assigned to assist in the management of a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Four week orientation. Orientation is two weeks of classroom 8:30am-4:30pm; two weeks of on unit training 12 hour shifts. Once orientation is completed the individual will be on a float schedule for five weeks after which they will be assigned to a unit.
- High school diploma/2 years experience or Associates Degree.
$18.50 starting salary scale, Additional for college degree and night differential also offered. Additional for formal certification in bi-lingual language proficiency.
