Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our medical staff in delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for all patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers during medical examinations and procedures.
• Prepare patients for exams, including obtaining vital signs and medical histories.
• Perform phlebotomy and process laboratory specimens.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Provide patient education on reproductive health and post-procedure care.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, federal privacy laws, and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
• Previous experience in women's health or reproductive services is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
