Highly Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
Comptia Network Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite, which includes knowledge of how data travels through networks.
- Familiarity with essential network infrastructure components, such as routers and switches.
- Proficiency in managing network operations, including VLANs (Virtual Local Area Networks), ACLs (Access Control Lists), and management access.
- Troubleshooting expertise, specifically using the OSI Model to identify issues across different layers of a network.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Certifications:
