Key Responsibilities :
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting : Lead cost estimation, financial forecasting, and budgeting for construction projects, ensuring accurate financial planning.
- Contractual & Commercial Oversight : Provide expert advice on contracts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and commercial best practices.
- Procurement & Negotiations : Oversee procurement processes, negotiate and finalise contracts with designers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Project Budget Monitoring : Collaborate closely with project teams to track budgets, manage cost overruns, and optimise financial outcomes.
- Risk Assessment & Value Engineering : Conduct risk assessments, perform value engineering, and offer cost analysis to enhance project performance.
- Financial Reporting : Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, ensuring projects remain aligned with budget and commercial goals.
