If you thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and are ready to make a significant impact, we'd love to connect.ResponsibilitiesLead the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of technical roles, including Software Engineers (Backend, Frontend, Full-Stack), Hardware Engineers (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls), Scientists (Electrochemistry, Materials Science), and Operations roles.Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, leveraging various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, professional networks, and university partnerships.Collaborate closely with Fourier leadership and hiring managers to understand their team's needs, technical requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship building.Own an effective and efficient recruiting and interview process to optimize the hiring team’s time and success rateManage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating compensation packages, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.Manage our ATS to maintain high quality candidate data and ensure a seamless candidate experience.What We're Looking For5 years in technical recruiting, especially in Series A / B stage startups; agency experience preferred.Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles in areas such as renewable energy, hardware engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields.Established networks and relationships with tech and engineering communitiesStrong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to effectively communicate with technical candidates.Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.What we offerFully paid Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageCompetitive salary and equity compensation commensurate with experience401kDiverse and inclusive work environmentPaid sick days and vacation#J-18808-Ljbffr
