Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and highly organized Host/Hostess with Togo Specialist experience to join our team. This role combines greeting and seating guests, managing to-go orders, and providing excellent service throughout the guest experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient with the Toast system, ensure efficient communication and coordination of to-go orders, and contribute to a smooth and organized front-of-house operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception & Seating:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Effectively manage the seating chart and ensure prompt seating of guests according to table availability and guest preferences.
- Communicate wait times to guests and maintain a pleasant waiting area.
- Togo Specialist:
- Accurately take to-go orders from customers either over the phone or in person.
- Utilize the Toast system to enter and manage orders and payments for to-go customers.
- Coordinate and ensure the correct handoff of to-go orders to guests and delivery drivers, confirming accuracy before orders are released.
- Maintain a smooth, organized process for all to-go orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Organizational Tasks:
