Member Services Representative - Call Center - English or Bi-lingual
- Assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; explain services, respond to problems, and direct phone calls to the appropriate area.
- Answer questions about products and services and resolve problems that are within authority; refer problems beyond authority to the supervisor, along with recommendations.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members.
- Ensure that appropriate procedures are followed and that proper forms are prepared accurately.
- Assist other departments and branches, including performing paying and receiving duties as a teller when needed.
- Maintain member account information on the computer system.
- Direct all phone calls to the appropriate person with minimum transfers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ensure awareness of responsibilities under BSA / CIP / OFAC regulations with continuing training to adhere to internal policy and procedures.
