Key responsibilities :
- Supervision and Guidance :
Provides guidance and positive role modeling to campers, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Enforces compliance with camp rules, safety, and health regulations within the classroom.
Sits with camper tables during meals, serving as a table monitor.
Assists with camp program activities and other assigned tasks, collaborating closely with other team members.
Ensures the accountability, security, and safety of campers during all camp activities.
What we are looking for in you :
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
Some physical requirements of the Jr. Instructor position could be endurance including climbing, standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to manipulate activities are required. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate camper activities / programs and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Camp Staff Training and Orientation will be held 06 / 02 / 2025 – 06 / 08 / 2025 and participation is required. The 2025 summer Camp program session will be held 06 / 09 / 2025 – 07 / 13 / 2025.
