We seek a talented and detail-oriented Corporate Revenue Analyst to join our team at our headquarters in Long Beach, CA.Position SummaryReporting to the Corporate Director of Revenue, the Corporate Revenue Analyst plays a vital role in driving hotel revenue and profitability. This position supports the Corporate Director of Revenue and hotel leadership teams by analyzing data, developing strategies, and maximizing revenue opportunities across the Ensemble portfolio.Provide property teams with insights to optimize revenue opportunities.Support daily revenue management goals through forecasting, reporting, and analysis.Assist in the preparation of key revenue reports, including segmentation, daily pick-up, and pace summaries.Conduct regular audits of OTA content and maintain rate parity across all channels.Manage IT tickets, build rate codes, and validate reports.Record and follow up on decisions from revenue management meetings.Assist in rate loading and ensure GDS information remains accurate.Analyze STR Report results to identify trends and develop proactive strategies.Contribute to short- and long-term revenue forecasting and budgeting processes.Adjust inventory controls through applicable revenue systems as needed.Collaborate with hotel teams to create and implement action plans for revenue growth.Act as a resource for field and corporate teams on revenue opportunities.Support revenue task force needs when property-level Directors of Revenue are unavailable.System & Compliance ManagementMaintain and monitor reservation systems for accuracy across all channels.Ensure compliance with brand pricing, marketing, and eCommerce initiatives.Address rate parity discrepancies with on-property leadership.Oversee mapping of rates, promotions, and GDS configurations.Support Group Sales by evaluating group proposals.Identify revenue opportunities based on historical trends, seasonality, and market demand.Assist in the development of rooms revenue budgets by market segment.Provide technical support in revenue system transitions as needed.Evaluate e-Distribution channels to optimize partnership effectiveness.Limited travel to hotel properties may be required.Qualifications2-4 years of experience in hotel revenue management or reservations.Experience with Hilton, Marriott, and independent products is a plus.Strong proficiency in Excel and revenue management systems (GRO, HyattPro, OneYield, Duetto, SynXis, Opera) preferred.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue performance and contribute to Ensemble’s continued success.#J-18808-Ljbffr
