Develop a deep understanding of current and future needs of stakeholders for their digital products. Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to create a product roadmap. Lead the product vision and be an advocate for the product to leadership and the stakeholders to ensure the end-to-end delivery of desired product. |

Capture, summarize and organize stakeholder needs and goals in clear and concise themes, epics, and user stories in a product backlog through research, interviews, strategic goal setting and product guides. Ability to tell a clear story, create personas to provide the clear vision of the product, including acceptance criteria and definition of done to each increment of a product. Identify and map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development. |

Demonstrated understanding of and experience using Agile processes and methodologies. Understand their critical role and participation within team ceremonies to ensure product vision is communicated and understood. Accountable for defining user stories (requirements) and participating in scrum team meetings to ensure delivery of product enhancements. |

Acts as liaison and primary communicator between stakeholders and development team members making sure there is buy-in from stakeholders on all major decisions and strategies as well as clear instructions and deliverables for the developers. Must partner with contact center, deposit operations, MX, Technology, and other relevant areas on process and monitoring results and recommendations. Responsible for managing third party and vendor relationships and accountability on deliverables. |

Resolve conflicts and problem solve within the team, vendors and collaborating areas. Ability to plan for future work while maintaining the current delivery with rapidly changing priorities |

Drive product development by conducting market research, understanding consumer behavior, aid in the creation of journey maps and assess the competitive landscape. Build, test and maintain FourLeaf digital acquisitions and banking platforms. |

Responsible for strategies and implementation of tools and processes to mitigate fraud and ensure compliance with Customer Identification Programs. Introduce technology, reports and processes that will support the prevention of fraudulent activity. |
