What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Technician position at FOURPOINT RESOURCES LLC?
Utah Field Office Warehouse Technician. This position will appeal to a highly organized individual with a background in field operations and/or facilities construction. This role is integral to supporting our Uinta field operations and facilities construction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Abide by all health, environmental, and safety programs and policies
- Receive and process request forms for parts and materials
- Daily ordering, expediting, and receiving of parts and material orders using Asset Panda and other inventory management tools and procedures
- Ensure that invoices match what was received
- Assist in tracking vendor consigned inventory
- Check in/out all vendor deliveries, ensure inventory is maintained within the min/max thresholds
- Track movement of material via material transfer form and Asset Panda application
- Forklift operation: Safely and accurately load/unload daily deliveries and transports to/from NPC inventory yard, accurately complete required documentation, paperwork, and asset tracking
- Daily interaction with vendors, employees, and contractors
- Assist in sourcing/ordering parts as required
- Become a resource for operations and/or contractors on materials management processes
- Coordinating scrap and surplus material disposition through competitive processes
- Provide invoice coding; verify that commercial terms and conditions are met
- Support reconciliations of inventory records with stockyard reports
- Support other MM functions as required for holiday coverage or during times of peak activity
- Organize and stock shelving
- On call schedule
- Contribute to the safe operation of the Uinta warehouse inventory yard; ensuring warehouse and yards are organized and kept safe and free from debris and snow

Education, Skills and Experience Required
- Must have a safety conscience mindset
- A minimum of five years of experience in materials management, inventory control warehouse management and/or field equipment is required
- Exhibit attention to detail with the ability to provide stakeholders with a high level of customer service
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with many different personalities
- Working knowledge of MS D365 and Asset Panda is required
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Minimum of 20-hours forklift experience and ability to pass OSHAs forklift certification Required
- Good driving record and a current drivers license
- Safety-sensitive position subject to random drug and alcohol screening
- Strong knowledge of oil/gas parts (Kimray parts, pipe, valves, fittings, gaskets, etc.)
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to react to potentially dangerous situations quickly and appropriately
- Standing, walking, lifting up to 70 lbs., bending, visual acuity, hearing, speaking
- Must be able to climb 15 foot high ladders and stairwells
- Must be able to change a flat tire or chain up tires in adverse weather conditions
Environmental Conditions
- Works outdoors approximately 95% of the time.
- Works indoors in office approximately 5% of the time.
- May be exposed to and must be able to drive in adverse weather conditions (snow, rain, ice, wind, heat, flooding, etc.).
