The Opportunity: The Four Seasons, Washington D.C. is currently looking for a passionate hospitality graduate to participate in our Manager In Training program within the Rooms Division. The Manager in Training program at Four Seasons is designed to give you the tools to accelerate your career – and succeed as a Manager at Four Seasons. In addition to operational exposure and training, you’ll be exposed to valuable management experiences, project work, a buddy and mentor, as well as feedback throughout the program. The program will give you the tools, but you’ll also need to work hard and prove yourself. Qualifications: • College education or equivalent experience. • Previous Rooms division experience at a luxury hotel is preferred • Strong guest service experience • Ability to work well and maintain organization in a fast paced environment • Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment. Microsoft Office programs, and other software (HotSOS, Opera, etc.) • Excellent ability to read, speak, and write English.
