About the Position :
Foursquare is looking for a Part-Time Contract Marketing Manager, Performance to join our team. Seeking candidates that have a ‘startup’ mentality and experience. You’ll play a critical role to help drive measurable business results. You'll be responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns to generate revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for strategic thinking but be hands on keyboards. They will leverage best-in-class technology to execute multi-channel campaigns and ultimately extract campaign insights for continued optimization. In this role, you will report to the Director of B2B Marketing and work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and Web Engineering.
In this role, you’ll :
- Build media buys and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media across various channels including social (LinkedIn & X), SEM and Google display to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including CPL, cost per opportunity, cost per meeting and return on ad spend (ROAS), synthesizing key takeaways.
- Conduct regular assessment and optimization for goals, conversions, analytics, and tracking (e.g. UTMs).
- Identify opportunities for testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and drive innovation.
- Uncover marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals.

At Foursquare, we are committed to providing competitive pay that is in line with industry and market standards. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and specific office location.
For this position, the total cash compensation range is $40-60 USD per hour. However, actual salaries can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies, as well as location.
