What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Designer - Girls Denim position at Fourth Floor?
Our client, a well-known denim brand, is looking for an Assistant Designer to join their Girl's & Toddler team!
**This role is onsite 5 days per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the design development process from concept through delivery
- Create tech packs
- Conduct market research
- Research and identify trend directions, fabric and trims
- Sample management
- Maintain data in design system
- Assist in prepping presentations
Qualifications:
- Internship required or 1 years of design experience
- Denim experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Team-player who is eager to learn
- Experience in embellishments and embroideries
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint
