Fourth Floor is seeking a Business Development Associate to support with administrative tasks and communications with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with over 200 partners across the US, monitoring and communicating their needs effectively.
- Develop strong ties with assigned territory vendors, managing communications via phone and email.
- Evaluate and oversee partner performance to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels at each partner's local fulfillment center.
- Ensure adequate inventories of necessary hard-goods and components are maintained.
- Onboard new partners to the program, ensuring a smooth integration process.
- Represent vendor interests within the organization to guarantee consistent order fulfillment quality.
- Complete daily reports on inventory levels and distribute them accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to accurately follow procedures.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to provide clear concise messages.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Energetic and collaborative personality with a self-starter approach to work.
- Prior experience in Account Management, Account Representation or Customer Service roles is highly desirable.
