Our client, is a high-end diamond jewelry company seeking a strategic and results-driven CEO to head the U.S. sales office, leading a team to strengthen account relationships and drives sales growth to align with the company's vision.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and lead a comprehensive business plan for the US market that mirrors the company objectives
  • Increase sales through strategic business plans
  • Build key retailers partnership while growing distribution and market channels
  • Lead and support sales team members to set performance goals, motivate and coach developments
  • Manage the day to day operation to ensure smooth workflow, streamline communication and adhere to company policies and compliance
  • Develop and oversee annual financial budgets
  • Keep track of financial performances such as revenue, expenses, profitability and cash flow
  • Set up policies and procedures
  • Oversee HR functions inclusive of hiring, performance, development in collaboration with HR personnel
  • Manage vendor and supplier contract
  • Collaborate with marketing to increase brand awareness, loyalty and demand


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 5 years of proven experience in executive leadership roles, within the fine jewelry industry
  • Proven track record of growing sales, managing finances, and growing market share
  • Keen knowledge of the US jewelry market and established relationships with industry players and retailers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to represent the values of a luxury brand, exemplifying cultural awareness & sensitivity
  • Experience overseeing cross-functional teams and working with global company
