We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Fourth Floor. This role will focus on supporting vendors with administrative tasks and communicating their needs effectively.
Job Description:
- Maintaining relationships with over 200 partners across the US, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Developing strong ties with assigned territory vendors, using phone and email to communicate and build relationships.
- Evaluating and overseeing partner performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Managing inventory levels at each partner's local fulfillment center to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Ensuring that partners have the necessary hard-goods and components to fulfill orders.
- Onboarding new partners to the program, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Representing vendor interests within the organization to guarantee consistent order fulfillment quality.
- Completing daily reports on inventory levels and distributing them to relevant teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to accurately follow procedures.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to provide clear concise messages.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Energetic and collaborative personality with a self-starter approach to work.
- Prior experience in Account Management, Account Representation or Customer Service roles is highly desirable.
