Our client, a well-known apparel brand, is looking for a Designer to join their women's woven team in NY!
Onsite 5 days per week in NYC.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative designs and ensure the successful execution of the design process
- Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends and women’s market insights
- Create tech packs
- Assist in fittings
- Review line sheets
- Source materials and trims
- Clear communication of design details to cross-functional teams
- Approve strike-offs, fabric and trims
- Create design presentations and mood boards
Requirements
- At least 4-5 years of design experience, specializing in wovens
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction technique
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design
