Our client, a sustainably focused women’s lifestyle brand, is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of stores and coach a team of Store Leaders across 7 East Coast locations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of performance across your district, including meeting topline revenue goals, identifying financial opportunities, and developing action plans.
- Monitor stores performance and profitability
- Build a best-in-class team and develop a strong talent pipeline. Attract, hire, and retain the best talent to meet short and long-term company goals.
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and other HQ partners to make appropriate business decisions
- Foster and maintain an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
- Lead effective store visits focused on driving KPIs
Qualifications:
- 3 years of multi-unit, high volume, retail leadership experience
- Ability to drive results, multi-task and problem solve.
- Ability to build diverse, high-performing teams in an inclusive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to embrace challenges, take risks, learn fast, and enable change.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
- Ability to travel overnight and/or between stores as required. Travel percentage is dependent on business needs.
Salary: $140,000-158,000 commensurate with experience
