E-Commerce Content Coordinator - Fashion Brand

Our client, a popular fashion brand based in NYC, is looking for a E-Commerce Content Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Support the eCommerce merchandising team to gather product content (images, copy, video and technical specifications) and be responsible for maintaining the upload and download communication
• Conduct research on upcoming trends / create content trend boards
• Coordinate and execute seasonal load process for inline and custom products
• Create, edit and uploads product information load sheets to product management system (Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
• Maintain integrity of Product Catalog to ensure accuracy of product information and downstream system integrations
• Follow up on necessary site updates stemming from Merchandising requests or customer service issues
• Attend creative meetings to ensure alignment on content development
• Gather data using Adobe Analytics and share findings
• Share content with appropriate teams per requests
• Ensure content, products, links and services are up-to-date and website is working properly

Qualifications:

• 3 years in the fashion e-commerce/content management space required
• Experience thinking strategically, conceptually and creatively.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Must have a creative eye for trends and flair for upcoming trends
• Background in fashion a plus
• Collaborative and friendly team-player who is also working independently
• Can multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across projects, multiple partner relationships and other internal initiatives on a daily basis while maintaining a profound attention to detail
