Our client, a fast-growing DTC Children's Apparel Company, is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to join their team in NYC! The Ecommerce manager will be responsible for managing and operating the Shopify website, identifying strategies for an efficient customer journey, optimizing the website and tools that are related to the D2C business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the eCommerce sales calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and implement effective eCommerce strategies.
- Optimize the eCommerce platform, focusing on sales, conversion, and performance metrics such as Average Order Value and bounce rate.
- Partner with marketing to align promotional plans and enhance customer engagement.
- Analyze daily and weekly performance, identify opportunities, and propose actionable improvements.
- Work with merchandising teams to ensure effective visual representation and product launches.
- Manage pricing strategies, product updates, and system integration.
- Lead efforts to optimize the customer journey, including UX improvements and seamless campaign integration.
- Stay informed about digital innovations and conduct user tests to refine the customer experience.
Qualifications
