Head of Marketing & Communications
Our client, a global advanced contemporary RTW women's brand is looking for a Head of Marketing & Communications to help lead the brands presence, marketing initiatives and communication for the US.
This role is ideal for a brand and commercial, results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of the US consumer landscape.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness & equity, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the US.
- Communications strategy: Partner with local agency and Global Communications Director to create localized communications and talent strategy. Develop relationships with key media and KOLs
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital campaigns to optimize reach and engagement.
- Market Insights & Analytics: Analyze consumer trends, competitive landscape, and campaign performance to inform marketing decisions.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Stakeholder management: Seek approval in timely manner from key stakeholders
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing and communications team.
Must Have Requirements
- Experience: 8 years in marketing, brand management, or communications, preferably in luxury fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the US market, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Digital Expertise: Strong experience in digital marketing, including paid media, social media, CRM, and e-commerce growth strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while working cross-functionally with global counterparts.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to decision-making, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self starter: An entrepreneurial and motivated self starter who can balance both creative and commerce
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. MBA is a plus.
Salary : $170,000 - $200,000
