Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join their team in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
- Oversee all aspects of client projects, from initial concept to delivery. Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics, etc.) to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Lead sales initiatives with existing clients, actively identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
- Address client concerns and issues in a proactive and professional manner, ensuring that solutions are found promptly and efficiently.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product developments to provide clients with up-to-date solutions and recommendations.
- Track and report on account performance, customer satisfaction, and sales growth. Provide insights to senior leadership regarding account health and market trends.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments (sales, design, operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure a seamless client experience and the successful execution of account strategies.
Qualifications :
Salary : $95,000-$125,000 base
