Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join their team in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
  • Oversee all aspects of client projects, from initial concept to delivery. Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics, etc.) to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Lead sales initiatives with existing clients, actively identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
  • Address client concerns and issues in a proactive and professional manner, ensuring that solutions are found promptly and efficiently.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product developments to provide clients with up-to-date solutions and recommendations.
  • Track and report on account performance, customer satisfaction, and sales growth. Provide insights to senior leadership regarding account health and market trends.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments (sales, design, operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure a seamless client experience and the successful execution of account strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 4 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the apparel or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, with a strong focus on client relationship building and long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically and problem-solve creatively to address client needs and challenges.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Salary : $95,000-$125,000 base
