Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Retail Manager to work at their pop-up in NYC! You must have prior experience managing a team of retail employees at a luxury fashion brand.
Hours : Full-Time
Duration : 3 months
Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of retail employees (create schedules, provide guidance, etc.)
- Communicate with corporate teams regarding pop-up set up, marketing, visuals, and sales objectives.
- Create weekly reports as needed to share with corporate teams.
- Oversee floor employees and organization
- Represent the Brand by interacting with clients in their shopping experience at the store
- Maintain a high level of customer service, product knowledge and basic operational procedures
- Cultivate and maintain excellent Clientele relationships with consistent follow up
- Lead inventory counts and special projects
- Ensure visual standards are maintained
