What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production planner position at Fourth Floor?
Responsibilities :
- Initiate and manage purchase orders
- Manage on order reporting and ensure accuracy
- Review, respond and determine impact from weekly OSR and audit monthly
- Maintain delivery tracking and enter data in SAP
- Resolve any delivery issues
- Ensure timely receipt of liability confirmation post order placement
- Manage liability reporting
- Manages tactical systems work for cancellations of orders
- Document cancellations for monthly MPC meetings
- Support CGL creation and maintenance
- Adhere to order schedule and update necessary tracking documents for CF alignment
- Enter GNG dates in WIPS to facilitate discussion and attend weekly WIPS meetings
- Focus on order management related to speed orders, immediate issue resolution and escalation
- Publish order schedules related to both flow and new fashion styles

- Maintain floor set reporting for late deliveries
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a related role
- At least one internship experience in a corporate environment preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; proven Excel skills required
- Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
