What are the responsibilities and job description for the PURCHASING COORDINATOR position at Fourth Floor?
Our client, a luxury brand specializing in high-end jewelry, clothing, and accessories, is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This will be approximately a 4-month assignment onsite in Hollywood 5 days a week!
Responsibilities :
- Issue POs for all supporting parts such as Protos and Tooling
- Handle all purchase order requests
- Ensure POs are received systematically in a timely manner.
- Audit receipts and update POs when needed for any cancel balances.
- Follow up to make sure that accounting has received all documents needed for payment.
- Communicate with accounting on invoice discrepancies.
- Work with logistics to communicate the most cost effective and timely mode of transportation is utilized for all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Handle all miscellaneous shipment needs within the Eyewear department.
- Work with receiving to ensure all packages are delivered to the proper area.
- Communicate priorities to shipping when needed.
- Forward all tracking numbers to receiving parties
- Manage and track all samples in and out of archive warehouse.
Requirements
Pay Rate : $25-$26 / HR
