We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruiting Associate to support our Managing Director and senior Account Managers with placing top candidates in freelance roles with our clients in retail, luxury goods, accessories, skincare, beauty, lifestyle and more!

What you will be doing :
- Supporting a small team with their day to day sales and recruitment efforts
- Sourcing, scheduling, and screening candidates for freelance roles with our clients
- Managing and updating candidate and job information in our database
- Overseeing candidate paperwork completion and onboarding process
- Assisting with timecards and weekly payroll
- Preparing and sending out detailed interview confirmations, job start details and updates
- Conducting thorough reference checks and tracking background check requests
- Serving as a point of contact for our candidates while on assignments
- Taking on additional administrative responsibilities and projects as needed
