Our client, a sweet and fun-loving baby apparel brand, is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead comprehensive retention marketing strategies to drive customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Design and execute customer retention initiatives across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and loyalty programs.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for enhancing retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to align retention strategies with overall business objectives and brand messaging.
- Oversee the development and implementation of loyalty programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and measurable results.
- Create and present performance reports, highlighting retention metrics, campaign effectiveness, and areas for growth.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in retention marketing, with a strong focus on D2C businesses.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful retention strategies.
- Experience with platforms like Klaviyo and Attentive a plus.
- Experience managing or developing loyalty programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for measurable outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
$100,000-$115,000 depending on experience.
