A luxury home textile manufacturing company is seeking a temp-to-hire Sales Coordinator to join their team. The schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday.
What you’ll do :
- Be a “Problem Solver”
- Help with customer tickets on our CRM ( )
- Help customers via Shopify POS in-store
- Follow up with B2B customers via CRM, email, and phone
- Help coordinate swatch fabric program
- Participate in retail visual merchandising
- Works in conjunction with purchasing and sales department to ensure required fabric inventory levels
- Performs other duties as assigned
