Our client, a beauty and lifestyle brand based in El Segundo CA, is looking for a professional and dependable temp-to-hire Senior Community Manager with a background in the beauty industry to join their team on a hybrid basis!
Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to grow brand awareness and oversee the management of brand community.
- Collaborate with internal departments and business stakeholders to define and execute community-related initiatives.
- Engage with community members on a regular basis and identify rising trends as opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Devise a strategy to increase brand exposure through online content.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of community outreach programs and strategies.
- Create focused campaigns to drive community engagement.
- Build relationships by communicating with existing clients, industry professionals, and community members.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Marketing, or Customer Support within the beauty industry.
- Experience with publishing calendars, reporting, and analytics.
- Strong project management skills / ability to multitask
- Experience building projects, communication plans, training documents, and presentations
