Our client, a children's apparel brand, is seeking a Senior Production & Sourcing Manager to join their growing team in New York!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process from start to finish
- Monitor delivery status, maintain WIP reports
- Manage sample approvals
- Daily correspondence with overseas factories
- Monitoring Cost & Quality
- Overseas travel
- Oversee junior staff
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in Apparel Production, Childrenswear a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and PLM
- Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
- Interdisciplinary, able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: $100,000-$150,000
