Our client, a Luxury womenswear brand, is looking for a highly motivated Store Manager to join their NYC team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the NYC retail locations, ensuring they meet the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
- Drive and monitor sales performance, setting and achieving sales targets, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing strategies to improve overall sales.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience is consistently delivered, fostering a welcoming, personalized, and luxurious shopping environment.
- Manage, train, and mentor the store teams to ensure they embody the brand’s values and provide exemplary service. Lead by example, cultivating a positive, collaborative, and motivated team culture.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are optimized, and inventory is efficiently tracked.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Work closely with the corporate team, including concepting and implementing store activations and events, marketing, merchandising, etc.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail environments.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving performance targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury retail operations, clienteling, and visual merchandising.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and staff.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, inventory, and payroll.
- Passion for fashion, design, and providing a best-in-class retail experience.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion management, or related field preferred.
$100,000-$120,000 depending on experience.
