Our client, a luxury resort wear brand, is seeking a strong Store Manager for their experiential retail location in Charleston, South Carolina.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets through exceptional customer service and proactive client outreach.
- Utilize company sales techniques to exceed performance goals.
- Stay informed about collection trends to enhance product knowledge.
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and meeting all sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain store organization, Visual Merchandising, and brand standards.
- Oversee stock management and in-store budgets.
- Analyze performance reports, taking necessary actions to drive growth.
- Plan and execute in-store events and activations, collaborating with local vendors.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, fostering an inclusive and positive work environment.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching and motivating the team to achieve personal and store targets.
- Manage team schedules, organize staff meetings, and handle HR responsibilities.
- Develop strategies to promote events, including customer outreach, invitations, and marketing efforts, ensuring strong attendance and successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of store management and team leadership experience.
