Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is looking for Temp Retail Support to assist their boutique staff in the Westchester Mall in White Plains.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and manage traffic flow
- Support the achievement of overall sales objectives
- Provide excellent customer service
- Support boutique team with client servicing (gift wrapping, catering clients)
- Maintain/ organize the stock room
- Replenish the sales floor as needed
- Support boutique team to maintain aesthetic standards of the boutique
- Support the team with operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail sales, high-end luxury preferred
- Flexible to work weekends/ standard retail hours
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities
- Fluency in English, additional language skills a plus
- Ability to commute reliably to the Westchester Mall
