Responsibilities :
- Assisting with customer tickets on CRM.
- Assisting customers via Shopify POS in-store.
- Follow up with B2B customers via CRM, email, and phone.
- Coordinate Swatch fabric program.
- Retail visual merchandising
- Collaborating with purchasing and sales departments to ensure required fabric inventory levels.
