Our client, a popular fashion brand, is seeking a Workday Data & Reporting Analyst to join their team in New York on a contract basis!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Talent/HR and department leaders to gather and maintain team structures and reporting lines.
- Utilize Workday and Excel to build, maintain, and update organizational charts regularly.
- Analyze organizational data and trends to inform chart updates and workforce planning.
- Employ additional software and tools to create visually appealing and user-friendly organizational charts.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for streamlining processes related to organizational structure documentation.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on how to interpret organizational charts and utilize them effectively.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in Workday & Excel.
- Strong background supporting a medium-to-large organization.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a complex, fast-paced environment.
