Our client, a childrens apparel brand, is seeking a Graphic Artist to join their New York City based team! In this collaborative and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for creating new graphic and textile layouts for girls apparel.
Responsibilities :
- Create original artwork and graphics
- Manipulate print repeats and design colorways
- Keep up to date on and research new graphics trends in kids / tween market
- Color matching, indexing and cleaning existing artwork
- Prepare trend presentation materials
- Creating repeats within the brands size limitations
- Collaborating with the design team to manage art deadlines and ensure that graphics are in line with customer image and aesthetic
- Create sample / production ready files
