Automotive F&I Assistant - Fowler Ford Tulsa
Fowler Automotive has an outstanding opportunity for a task-oriented and motivated Assistant in our Finance Department. The F&I Assistant assists with producing additional revenue for the dealership by performing finance and insurance tasks and other appropriate after-sale items to new- and used-vehicle customers for the department.
Job Responsibilities
- Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner
- Logs booked deals for new- and used-vehicles
- Accesses computer files and compiles reports as requested
- Accounts for all deal records and complies a list of any missing transactions
- Assists with incoming calls as needed
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in a dealership Finance Department preferred but not required.
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and is highly competitive in the marketplace.
