Billing Clerk - Fowler Automotive
Fowler Automotive has an outstanding opportunity for a task-oriented, motivated, and customer service minded Billing Clerk in our Accounting Department. The Billing Clerk processes billing of all new and used vehicle deals, verifying all policies, money down, trade information and necessary paperwork. Routes vehicle transactions and ensures the proper completion of related documentation through the accounting office.
Job Responsibilities
- Reviewing deal paperwork for compliance
- Coordinates changes to recaps with F&I
- Posting deals in DMS
- Calculating sales commission
- Maintain and balance logs and accounting schedules
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Qualifications
Required: Automotive Accounting Experience: 1 year
Candidate must demonstrate above average clerical and computer skills with accurate data entry and attention to detail
Must communicate effectively in both written and oral format with customers and co-workers
Compensation
Compensation is determined by experience and qualifications.
