Experienced Parts Wholesale Counter Sales Representative - Fowler Toyota Norman
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Counterperson. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts and accessories. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and want to support our wholesale customers with the highest level of service.
Job Overview:
As a Parts Wholesale Counter Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be assisting wholesale customers with the identification, ordering, and delivery of Toyota parts and accessories. You’ll be a key point of contact for our wholesale accounts, providing expert advice, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely fulfillment of parts orders.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to wholesale clients, helping them locate and order Toyota parts and accessories.
• Accurately process orders and provide customers with pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring high-demand parts are well-stocked.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain smooth order processing.
• Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Ensure all parts orders are processed quickly and accurately.
• Stay up-to-date on Toyota parts catalog and new product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assist with the return and exchange of parts as needed, following dealership procedures.
Education and/or experience
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Prior experience preferred in automotive parts sales, particularly in a wholesale setting,
• Strong knowledge of Toyota automotive parts, including components, brands, and compatibility.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems and electronic parts catalogs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on new automotive technologies and products.
Requirements
Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier
