Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the Business Development Center to ensure effective coordination with the sales, service, and parts departments.
Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and generate business leads through direct marketing channels.
Monitor and analyze customer communication channels to ensure timely and efficient responses.
Train, coach, and motivate the team to achieve targets and maintain high service standards.
Collaborate with management to identify new opportunities for growth and service improvement.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting for customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in a business development role within the automotive industry, preferably in a managerial capacity.
