- Update and write treatment plans : Keep VB-Mapps, AFLS, ABLLS-R, and other assessments on point and current for client programs.
- Develop and implement assessment tools : Conduct functional assessments, analyze results, and craft behavior strategies that promote positive behaviors and curb maladaptive ones.
- Guide RBTs in ABA techniques : Ensure all RBTs are using the best teaching methods and lead team meetings to review suggestions and make modifications.
- Support your RBT squad : Be the go-to problem-solver and feedback guru, always available to answer questions and offer positive, constructive feedback.
- Clinical training for RBTs : Provide top-notch training and ensure every RBT gets their 5% supervision hours for maintaining their credentials.
- Ensure safety and confidentiality : Safeguard the wellbeing and privacy of each client and employee.
- Maintain open communication : Keep lines of communication clear and open with parents / caregivers and all team members.
- Build professional relationships : Maintain professional ties with clients and their families / caregivers while adhering to the BACB Ethics Code.
- Conduct monthly Caregiver Guidance : Set and monitor client goals, as well as caregiver progress on those goals.
- Support client goals : Regularly assess treatment plan criteria and consult with clients, ensuring you're hitting at least 80% of authorized units per the insurance treatment plan.
- Communicate changes : Keep the team in the loop on any program modifications or changes.

Salary Range :
Full-time potential up to $100,000. Part-time potential up to $65,000. Compensation range will depend on your chosen caseload and consulting hours. No overtime required.

Hybrid—On site in client homes, schools, and community; scheduled meetings at the Fox office in Carmel; and some work from home. Occasional telehealth available but this position is not remote.
