What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Fox Behavior Group?
Fox Behavior Group is looking for a dedicated BCBA to join our team. The right candidate will design, evaluate, and administer programs that address the needs of clients on the autism spectrum. The BCBA will work closely with client groups and develop skills in training, consultation, data analysis, and program development, case management and long term planning.
Please note: This is not a remote position.
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Salary Range:
Full-time potential up to $100,000. Part-time potential up to $65,000. Compensation range will depend on your chosen caseload and consulting hours. No overtime required.
Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time schedules available
- Monday to Friday
- No nights or weekends required.

Education, Experience, and License/Certification:
- M.A. or M.S. (Required)
- Applied Behavior Analysis: Minimum 3 years (Preferred)
- BCBA (Required)
Work Location:
Hybrid—On site in client homes, schools, and community; scheduled meetings at the Fox office in Carmel; and some work from home. Occasional telehealth available but this position is not remote.

Responsibilities:
· Writes and updates treatment plans and updates VB-Mapps, AFLS, ABLLS-R, or other assessments regarding client programs.
· Assists in the development and implementation of assessment tools, conducts functional assessments and analyzes them when appropriate, and develops appropriate behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
· Ensures all RBTs are using correct ABA teaching techniques, and leads/directs team meetings to review client suggestions and make modifications.
· Supports RBTs and is available to answer questions and solve problems, and provide constructive and positive feedback to team members.
· Provides clinical training to RBTs, and ensures that all RBTs obtain the 5% supervision hours required to maintain their RBT credential.
· Works to ensure the safety and confidentiality of each client and employee.
· Maintains an open line of communication between parents/caregivers and all team members.
· Maintains a professional relationship with the client and client’s family/caregivers and follows the Ethics Code laid out by the BACB.
· Conducts monthly Caregiver Guidance to establish and monitor client goals, as well as caregiver progress on established goals.
· Supports clients in meeting treatment plan goals by assessing the treatment plan criteria every two months and consults with each client at least 80% of authorized units per insurance treatment plan.
· Communicates changes and program modifications to all team members.
