Your Day as a Concrete Leadman
As a Concrete Leadman, you’ll be in the thick of action, working alongside your crew and leading by example. Your responsibilities include:
• Proficiently operating concrete tools and company-owned equipment
• Pouring, setting, finishing foundations and flatwork
• Helping install agricultural/commercial concrete systems
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Performing routine maintenance on equipment and tools
• Upholding Fox Cities Builders’ safety culture, using all required PPE
• Leading safety inspections and promoting job site awareness
• Traveling to job sites as needed
• Attending required safety training and toolbox talks
• Following all company and customer procedures, safety rules, and policies
• Demonstrating professionalism in all aspects—appearance, behavior, and language

Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• General knowledge of the construction industry required
• 2 years of concrete labor experience preferred
