Your role as a Fabrication Leadman

As a Full-Time Fabrication Leadman at Performance Fab in Seymour, WI, you’ll step into a pivotal role that combines leadership and hands-on craftsmanship! In the absence of the Foreman, you'll take charge by assigning tasks to team members and overseeing their performance, ensuring everything aligns with project specifications. You'll train new and existing staff, including temporary employees, on the ins and outs of daily operations.

Your keen eye will monitor progress, allowing you to adjust schedules and resources to ensure timely, budget-friendly completion. Keeping communication flowing with the Foreman and Supervisor will be key, as will conducting safety inspections and collaborating with your dynamic team to troubleshoot any challenges. You’ll also perform quality control checks on finished products, ensuring they meet high standards.
