CU@Work Program Manager

We currently have a new career opportunity for a full-time CU@Work Program Manager based out of our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton! After initial onboarding onsite, this position could have the opportunity for hybrid (3 days onsite/week, 2 remote) work consideration.

The CU@Work Program Manager is responsible for fostering partnerships with local businesses and community partners to introduce financial wellness and banking perks with a goal of Fox membership growth. This includes active relationship-building and passionately promoting financial literacy and valuable banking services in the community.

The primary responsibilities of the CU@Work Program Manager role include but are not limited to:

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
• Hiring, monitoring, and supporting development for the CU@Work Program team, providing daily performance and growth and development coaching to team members
• Business Partnerships: Identifying and establishing new relationships with local businesses and centers of influence through cold calling and networking to promote the CU@Work program. Partnering with HR, business owners, and decision-makers to understand their financial needs to offer tailored financial solutions and program benefits.
• Community Partner Employee Financial Education: Leading presentations and workshops on financial literacy topics, providing ongoing education resources to community partner employees to promote financial wellness and Fox perks and benefits.
• New Household Acquisition: Achieving new member goals by offering exclusive perks and benefits to community partner employees, such as special banking discounts and incentives.
• Relationship Management: Overseeing the implementation and execution of the CU@Work program to ensure ongoing business collaboration. Ensuring seamless onboarding, program setup, and integration of credit union services with partnering businesses.
• Marketing & Promotion: Collaborating with Fox marketing teams to develop and distribute promotional materials for the CU@Work program. Creating customized presentations and materials for prospective business partners.
• Program Management: Helping build the program offering and assessing the program and competitor offerings on an ongoing basis to ensure the CU@Work offering remains competitive and valuable to our members.
• Reporting & Analytics: Tracking and reporting on program success, including new member growth, business participation, and engagement. Utilizing insights to refine strategies and achieving set targets.
• Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as commercial, branches, and lending to train and educate Fox team members on program benefits and execution/delivery tactics. Fostering and executing on partner referral opportunities and coordinating with branches on all large CU@Work opportunities.

Candidates for the CU@Work Program Manager position should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of business development, sales, or relationship management experience, preferably in financial services or employee benefits programs
• Proven track record in business development and generating new business relationships
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and engage diverse audiences
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
• Passion for financial education and helping others achieve financial goals
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set goals
