Fox Den Country Club in Knoxville, TN is looking for one Golf Shop Merchandiser to join our 100 person strong team. We are located on 12284 N Fox Den Drive. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, fostering a personalized and welcoming shopping experience.
  • Maintain product displays and available inventory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
  • Utilize inventory management software and tools effectively.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the pro shop and its merchandise (e.g., email marketing, social media, in-house promotions).
  • Collaborate with other club departments to promote the pro shop.
  • Prioritize product displays based on sales performance
  • Enforce company standards and image
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed

    • Qualifications

  • Experience working as a merchandiser or similar position
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to delegate effectively
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Positive Attitude

    Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
